Job Overview

Remuneration

• Basic Salary: RM1,900 – RM2,500 per month (excluding overtime)
• Transport allowance: RM 4.00/ day
• Meal allowance: RM 3.50/ day
• Night Shift allowance: RM 10.00/ day

Job Responsibilities

1. Component Assembly

• Carry out mechanical and/or electrical assembly of components according to technical specifications and instructions, using hand tools, power tools, and machinery. The role involves repetitive tasks and requires consistency, focus, and attention to detail.

2. Quality Control

• Perform visual inspections and functional testing to ensure products meet quality standards. Identify and report any defects or irregularities during the assembly process.

3. Technical Interpretation

• Read and interpret multimeter, technical drawings, blueprints, and schematic diagrams to ensure accurate and precise assembly work.

4. Problem-Solving

• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues efficiently. Work closely with the engineering team to support continuous improvement.

5. Equipment Maintenance

• Handle basic maintenance and troubleshooting of assembly tools and equipment. Report any faults or repair needs promptly.

Requirements

• SKM or Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering / Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Automation/Robotic/Pneumatic, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Able to commute to the working place (Pasir Gudang, Johor)
• Physically fit and able to work in a production environment
• Able to work with rotational shift
