- Develop and manage integrated partnership networks by identifying and engaging with wellness providers, healthcare professionals, technology partners, and corporate clients. Use CRM tools to track leads, maintain relationships, and support collaboration agreements.
- Plan and execute user and client acquisition strategies to grow both B2C and B2B segments through digital marketing, lead generation campaigns, SEO, and paid advertising platforms. Monitor conversion funnels and optimize performance using analytics tools.
- Promote and position the company as a holistic digital hub by clearly communicating its integrated wellness and business technology solutions. Prepare presentations, marketing materials, and product demonstrations to support brand awareness and client understanding.
- Identify and develop new revenue streams such as subscription services, corporate wellness packages, and digital integration solutions. Use financial analysis, pricing strategies, and market research tools to evaluate feasibility and profitability.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis in health tech, wellness, and digital transformation industries to identify opportunities and threats. Use analytics platforms, surveys, and competitive research tools to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional service development by working closely with technical, marketing, and wellness teams to ensure seamless integration of services. Use project management tools and Agile workflows to manage timelines and deliverables.
