We're looking for an e-commerce professional to support and execute our online sales performance across platforms for Superga, Havaianas, and Sebago — including managing live-selling operations. This role works closely with the General Manager to implement strategy and drive day-to-day execution across our e-commerce channels. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build real, hands-on experience owning an e-commerce channel — we're looking for drive and curiosity as much as a polished resume.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Target Support
- Support delivery of e-commerce sales targets (GMV, revenue) as set by leadership
- Execute monthly and platform-level sales plans
- Track sales performance and flag issues for corrective action
2. E-commerce Execution
- Execute e-commerce plans across key platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
- Optimize the full funnel performance (traffic, conversion, and average order value) to drive sustainable growth
- Plan and execute major campaign strategies (e.g. mega sales, seasonal promotions, platform campaigns)
3. Platform & Channel Management
- Manage overall performance across e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal allocation of resources (advertising, promotions, and traffic investment)
- Optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize revenue and margin
- Maintain strong working relationships with platform partners and key account managers
4. Market & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities
- Identify growth opportunities including new platforms, categories, or markets
- Adjust strategies proactively based on market dynamics
5. Data-Driven Performance Management
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (GMV, margin, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.)
- Conduct sales forecasting, performance tracking, and risk analysis
- Provide regular business performance reports and actionable insights
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, supply chain, and logistics teams to support smooth execution of sales plans
- Align inventory, promotional activities, and sales strategies to maximize efficiency
7. Live-Hosting Management
- Hire, onboard, train, and manage live hosts for e-commerce live selling sessions
- Plan and coordinate the full live selling calendar
- Prepare live session briefs, product talking points, selling scripts, key product highlights and promotion mechanics
- Monitor and review live sessions in real time to ensure hosts communicate accurate product information, maintain strong audience engagement, follow brand guidelines, and drive conversion effectively.
- Analyze post-live performance reports to identify best-performing products, hosts, time slots, selling angles, promotional mechanics, and content formats.
Requirements
- Proven experience & strong interest in e-commerce sales, platform management, or digital commerce roles
- Strong track record of delivering sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop or similar)
- A genuine eagerness to learn and grow in this space — proactive, curious, and willing to take initiative rather than wait to be told
- Comfortable managing people (live hosts) and coordinating across teams
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow through independently

Pay: $2,900.00 - $3,500.00 per month
