The Opportunity

As a Senior AI Developer at Mosaic, you will lead delivery of complex AI and agentic solutions for enterprise clients across the world. You will own technical workstreams end-to-end, set direction on how problems are framed and solved, guide junior team members, and engage directly with senior client stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of deep technical delivery and consulting — and you will be expected to do both well.

What You Will Do

• Lead the design and delivery of RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, and enterprise AI integrations
• Set technical direction on client engagements: architecture decisions, tooling choices, and build-versus-buy calls
• Frame vague business problems as scoped AI solutions, with clear assessment of feasibility, cost, and risk
• Manage senior client stakeholders: shape requirements, run discovery, and present recommendations that get acted on
• Apply classical ML (forecasting, anomaly detection, gradient boosting) alongside GenAI as the problem demands
• Mentor and guide mid-level developers and junior analysts; raise the technical bar across the practice
• Contribute to Mosaic's internal IP: reusable patterns, reference architectures, and delivery standards

What We Are Looking For

• 4–8 years building and shipping software, data, or AI solutions, with multiple AI/ML products taken into production
• Strong hands-on GenAI and agentic delivery in the last 12–24 months: RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, evals, guardrails
• Deep Python, strong API and integration experience, and hands-on work across a major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Proven track record with frontier LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated ability to manage client workstreams and senior stakeholder relationships independently
• Track record mentoring and elevating junior team members while maintaining your own delivery output
• Must be authorised to work in Singapore — sponsorship is not available for this role

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms (SAP, Salesforce, UKG, Workday) or their AI extensions
• Familiarity with vendor AI offerings (SAP Joule, Salesforce Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot) and where they fall short
• Domain exposure in enterprise asset management, workforce management, or field services
