Job Purpose
The Senior Operations Executive supports HQ operational management by driving performance improvements, contract governance, manpower optimisation, client engagement and operational excellence across multiple healthcare service contracts. The role partners closely with Operations Managers and Assistant Directors to ensure consistent achievement of operational and financial objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Performance
- Monitor performance across multiple contracts and recommend improvement strategies.
- Analyse SLA trends, operational risks and productivity indicators.
- Coordinate cross-site initiatives to improve service consistency.
Contract Governance
- Monitor contractual compliance and ensure operational obligations are fulfilled.
- Support contract mobilisation, variation implementation and service expansion projects.
- Coordinate preparations for internal and external audits.
Client Management
- Participate in operational review meetings with healthcare clients.
- Prepare management reports, performance presentations and business reviews.
- Coordinate service recovery actions arising from operational incidents or customer complaints.
Workforce Optimisation
- Analyse manpower utilisation, relief ratios, overtime and productivity.
- Recommend workforce optimisation and deployment strategies.
- Coordinate manpower contingency planning during service disruptions.
Operational Excellence
- Lead selected process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
- Standardise operational processes across service lines.
- Develop operational templates, SOPs and best practices.
Leadership
- Mentor Operations Executives.
- Lead project teams and cross-functional initiatives where assigned.
- Support coaching of site management teams.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Healthcare Management or related discipline.
- 4–6 years of healthcare operations experience.
- Experience managing operational performance across multiple sites.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
