Role Summary
The IT General Manager is responsible for defining and driving the IT service and platform strategy in alignment with business direction. As the Service Owner, he provides leadership over IT service management, core system architecture, and major programs, ensuring service excellence, project delivery, and customer satisfaction. The role oversees resource and capability development within the Centre of Excellence, manages financial performance including annual business planning and cost control, and works closely with stakeholders, the Project Management Office and the AMS team to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective IT services that support business objectives
RESPONSIBILITIES
IT Strategy Planning
- With understanding business policy & direction, prepare IT strategy roadmap to support business strategy, including working with stakeholders to define & quantify business benefits
- Provide leadership for the Service function and integrate strategic direction into the Service Program activities and goals
- Owner of overall design and architecture of Core System Platform
IT Service Management
- Lead a distributed organization of Professional Service experts
- Manage service planning and operation
- SLA and internal customer satisfaction level KPI should be met
Program Management
- As the Service Owner, monitor major projects with Project Management Office
- Work with Project Management Office for project quality, delivery and costs
Resource Management
- Plan and organize team structure for projects and services
- Develop career plans for staff and grow expertise of Centre of Excellence
Finance Management
- Responsible for yearly business plan
- Manage and control actual expenses to ensure healthy P&L
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- 15+ years’ experience in managing Professional Consulting Services and Delivering IT Services both for internal and external customers
- Experience in people management role, passionate to build and develop high performing teams
Professional & Technical Expertise
- Extensive experience in CRM & E-Commerce particularly with Salesforce and Adobe Commerce
- Strong experience in BI/Data Analytics, Low-code platforms, automation and innovation-driven by AI
- Knowledge and experience managing IT services to support Supply Chain processes (Logistics, Procurement, Demand planning)

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with experience in *IT Management/Leadership* or
- Degree in Information Technology
Travel Requirements
- Travel is seasonal, 20–30% in SouthEast-Asia and North-East Asia
