Job Responsibilities:

1.Analyze production failures: Handle functional defects found in lithium-battery modules, high-voltage boxes , and energy storage systems during production.Drive continuous improvement: Output Failure Analysis (FA) reports and prompt relevant departments to implement corrective actions.

2. Handle market returns: Investigate, analyze, and repair customer complaints, returns, or field-failed products. Drive continuous improvement: Output Failure Analysis (FA) reports and prompt relevant departments to implement corrective actions.

3.Standardize repair processes: Formulate product repair manuals and SOPs.Enable team growth: Train and mentor repair technicians to improve overall team technical skills.

Job Requirements:

(Proven track record)

1. 3+ years of experience in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assemblies) failure analysis or battery PACK failure analysis.

2. Strong technical foundation: Solid knowledge of electronics with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex electronic circuits.

3. Hands-on expertise: Proficient with diagnostic equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and electronic loads.

4. Software & systems: Skilling in MS Office and hands-on experience with MES.Management plus: Experience in managing a repair or technical team is highly preferred.
