Full Time ERPNext Techno-Functional Analyst Jobs, in Tektician - Malaysia's PropTech & ERP Solutions Partner Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

About the role

We build and implement enterprise software (ERPNext/Frappe) for public-listed Bursa Malaysia clients. We're looking for a sharp, hungry Techno-Functional Analyst to join our team — someone who sits at the bridge between business needs and technical solutions.

This is a role we will invest in. You'll be mentored directly by our founder/lead architect and learn ERPNext end-to-end on real projects for public-listed clients — not training-room exercises. If you have a solid foundation and the drive to grow, we'll mold you into a serious techno-functional professional.

What you'll do

• Gather and analyze business requirements, then translate them into ERPNext configurations and solutions
• Configure, test, and document modules across finance, sales, HR, and operations
• Support users, troubleshoot issues, and help deliver implementations for our clients
• Grow from execution into solution design as you develop

Must-haves

• Fluency in English — written and verbal (you'll write specs, documentation, and user guides)
• A diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or Business — or equivalent practical experience / certification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, with sharp attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and be coached — this role is built around growth

Nice-to-haves (genuine bonuses, not dealbreakers)

• Mandarin — a strong plus
• Exposure to ERPNext / Frappe
• Basic Python, JavaScript, or SQL
• Accounting or finance knowledge
• Prior ERP or software implementation experience
• Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work onSite (PJ,Selangor ). Added advantage if can work onSite at Seri Manjung, Perak.
