We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic team player to join us as an Assistant Programme Executive at Active Ageing Centre. The Assistant Programme Executive assists with the centre activities and clients at the centre
- Plan and prepare monthly activities schedule for clients.
- Engage with the clients during the activities.
- Pack and distribute food ration packages.
- Assess clients’ need and make necessary referrals to appropriate agencies and/or various care services.
- Manage and maintain all necessary documentations and paperwork of clients’ data and centre activities.
- Maintain the general cleanliness of the centre.
- Assist the centre manager on any other ad-hoc duties.
