Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 8 – 10 years of working experience in system development or application engineering.

Minimum 5 – 6 years of experience in Python programming and mobile application development.

Experience in code tuning, performance optimization and system enhancement.

Experience in developing or supporting next-generation application frameworks and mobile application frameworks.

Strong capability in analyzing system performance, monitoring data, and operational insights to improve system reliability and efficiency.

Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

To lead the development and enhancement of enterprise application and mobile frameworks.

To design, develop and optimize backend systems, databases and application performance.

To drive technical discussions, solution design and project implementation activities.

To support Disaster Recovery (DR) testing and system verification initiatives.

To troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement sustainable solutions.

To research and adopt emerging technologies to support digital transformation initiatives.

To analyze system performance and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.

To collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
