Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and culinary team. The Head Chef will be responsible for menu creation, food preparation, staff management, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of kitchen management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Menu Development & Food Preparation
2. Kitchen & Staff Management
3. Health, Safety, and Hygiene Compliance
4. Budget & Cost Control
5. Collaboration & Customer Experience
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Senior Sous Chef in a reputable establishment.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen safety standards.
Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize kitchen efficiency.
Creativity and innovation in menu planning and execution.
