Case Management & Data Analytics Officer (1-Year Contract)

$18.50/hour (Approx. $3,367/month)
Contract: Aug 2026 – Aug 2027
Mon–Fri | 42 hours/week

Responsibilities
• Handle public enquiries and assess appeals for government schemes.
• Coordinate case resolutions with government agencies.
• Prepare case reports and documentation.
• Support CRM/AI improvement projects, data analysis, and RAG initiatives.
• Analyse service data and prepare performance reports.

Requirements
• Experience in case management, customer service, or public sector administration.
• Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Python and regular expressions.
• Experience in reporting or data analytics is an advantage.

Suitable for candidates with strong analytical skills and an interest in public service, AI, and data-driven process improvement.
