Operations Executive (12-Month Contract)

Salary: $2,800/month
Contract: Aug 2026 – 31 Jul 2027
Working Hours:
• Mon–Thu: 8.30am–6.00pm
• Fri: 8.30am–5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:
Process EV charger registration applications
Manage registration labels, mailings & inventory
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Handle public enquiries professionally
Process refunds according to procedures
Support compliance inspections

Requirements:
• Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Power BI knowledge is an advantage
• Meticulous, organised and able to multitask
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable liaising with members of the public
