Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Evaluate quotations, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, and manage procurement.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and contract administration.
• Prepare progress claims, payment certifications, and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure cost control and timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant quantity surveying experience.
• Proficient in cost estimation and budgeting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
