Project Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Project Coordinator to support daily operational coordination and customer communication. The role requires strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to operational chat groups
• Coordinate and assign jobs according to operational requirements
• Track and monitor daily job movements
• Liaise with customers regarding requests, enquiries, and feedback
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of issues
• Record and manage daily job bookings

Requirements:

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible with strong follow-up skills
• Able to start work within a short notice period
