Job Summary
- Manage the personal and professional schedules of the director and family members.
- Coordinate children's school activities, extracurriculars, and childcare logistics.
- Organize travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and daily itineraries.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Act as a liaison between the director’s office and external stakeholders or visitors.
- Manage communication, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist with household and personal errands as needed.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all delegated tasks and priorities.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
