Telemarketer

Salary:
Basic Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,000
Attendance Allowance: RM250
Punctuality Allowance: RM250

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective customers using company-provided leads and contact lists.
• Introduce the company's products and services in a professional and engaging manner.
• Explain key features and benefits while responding to customers' enquiries.
• Build rapport with potential customers and identify sales opportunities.
• Qualify leads based on business requirements and customer needs.
• Gather and maintain accurate customer information in the system.
• Assess customer interest and identify suitable prospects.
• Schedule appointments or refer qualified leads to the Sales Team for further consultation.
• Conduct follow-up calls, messages, or other communications with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Perform other administrative or ad hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Good verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage for serving a diverse customer base.
• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office and messaging applications such as WhatsApp.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant customer service, telesales, telemarketing, or call centre experience are encouraged to apply.
