HR Executive (Payroll)- Ulu Tiram

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
• Calculate wages, overtime, allowances, deductions, and benefits
• Maintain payroll schedules and ensure compliance with pay cycles
• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Generate payroll reports for management
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, EIS / local equivalents)
• Prepare and submit statutory contributions and filings
• Maintain records for audit and compliance purposes
• Maintain employee records related to payroll (new hires, terminations, leave, attendance, adjustments)
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to align headcount, benefits, and compensation
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Assist in updating payroll policies and procedures
• Ensure accuracy of payroll data and confidentiality
• Prepare periodic payroll summaries and management reports
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Qualifications & SkillsEducation

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of payroll processing experience
• Previous HR operational support experience preferred
• Proficient in payroll systems and MS Excel
• Experience with HRIS / payroll software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, XERO, ADP) is a plus
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Organized, proactive, and team-oriented

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
