What you will do:

• Deploy micro-services and RESTful APIs
• 50% Technical Leadership: Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to an existing team

• 50% hands on engineering: System Design, own cross-domain API designs and lead teams in architecting highly scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• Build, Scale & implement complex, highly available software solutions tailored to high-concurrency production environments and fintech regulations.

• Maintain quality standards through comprehensive testing and rigorous code reviews

Experience you need:

• Backend Mastery: Deep expertise in Java (Min Java 11) and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Proven Track Record building high-concurrency software.
• 10+ years supporting enterprise solutions in massive, high-throughput production environments.

Nice to have / Bonus:

• Hands-on experience with Kafka event-driven pipelines.
• Expertise in Kubernetes orchestration and cloud-native AWS stacks.
