Loading of oil (tanker and flexibag)

• Perform loading operations for tankers and flexibag containers in accordance with established procedures.
• Verify that the correct product is loaded into the designated tanker or flexibag container.
• Ensure the correct storage tank and valves are selected prior to loading.
• Comply with all loading procedures, quality, food safety, and safety requirements.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and housekeeping within the loading area.
• Clean and maintain the work area upon completion of daily operations.

Tank Farm Activities

• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping throughout the tank farm.
• Monitor and ensure proper operation of tank farm equipment and facilities.

Pipeline Activity

• Ensure the correct tank valves are opened and configured before commencing product transfer.
• Support safe and accurate pipeline transfer activities.

CPO Receiving Bay

• Receive and discharge CPO tankers only after incoming inspection and sampling approval.
• Ensure cargo is discharged into the correct storage tank according to the daily operation plan.
• To hook up the hose to the bottom valve for discharging purpose.
• Monitor the tank level of the receiving tank to ensure that it is at the safe level.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the CPO receiving bay.

House Keeping

• Arrange for main fat trap (beside the cpo unloading bay) cleaning on a weekly basis unless further required.
• Arrange the clearing of the CPO receiving sump on a daily basis.

Container Stuffing

• Perform container stuffing for packed products in the warehouse.
• Ensure correct product configuration and proper cargo handling during stuffing.
• Verify that the correct products are loaded into the designated containers.
• Report any abnormalities or discrepancies identified during stuffing activities to the Logistics Executive.

General Activities

• Monitor differential pressure gauges at the dispatch area during tanker loading operations.
• Perform daily morning tank dipping activities at 8:00 a.m.
• Replace filter bags as required.
• Carry out any other logistics or operational duties assigned by the superior.

Requirement:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Nil / 1 year working experience in similar field
• Able to read / write / speak Bahasa Malaysia or English
• Able to do basic mathematics calculation
• Forklift operation skills are an added advantage
