Role Focus

As an Events Assistant, you will work alongside an experienced operations team to help deliver organised, engaging, and well-executed live events. You'll gain practical exposure to guest engagement, event coordination, and on-site operations while contributing to the smooth running of every event.

Designed as a flexible, on-site opportunity, this role is ideal for students and young adults seeking hands-on experience that goes beyond a conventional part-time job and provides valuable exposure to professional event environments.

What You'll Do

• Assist with guest registration, reception, and attendee guidance.
• Support ushering, seating coordination, and crowd movement throughout events.
• Contribute to event setup, teardown, and general logistical coordination.
• Assist the team in managing programme timing and ensuring smooth transitions between activities.
• (Optional) Support basic event content creation through photography and short-form video capture.
