ANOTECH is the subsidiary of the Group delivering ALTEN's Engineering Services in Hong Kong.
As a Project Planner, you will support a major bid programme in Hong Kong. The successful candidates will work closely with bid and project teams to develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, ensuring effective planning and programme control throughout the bid phase for rail transportation and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
· Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules to support bid preparation and submission activities.
· Build and manage detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), programme plans, milestones, and critical paths.
· Coordinate with engineering, commercial, delivery, and bid teams to ensure schedule alignment and accuracy.
· Perform schedule analysis, including critical path identification, progress measurement, and risk assessment.
· Support planning reviews, programme reporting, and schedule presentations to internal stakeholders.
· Ensure compliance with project and contract requirements, including NEC4 contractual obligations where applicable.
· Identify schedule risks, constraints, and opportunities, providing recommendations for mitigation strategies.
· Assist in the preparation of programme-related deliverables, narratives, and planning documentation required for bid submissions.
· Maintain planning standards, controls, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
· At least 3-5 years of experience in a Project Planner, Project Controls, or PMO role within engineering, infrastructure, transportation, railway, or construction environments.
· Practical experience using Primavera P6 for planning, scheduling, and programme management.
· Working knowledge of NEC4 contracts and programme management requirements.
· Experience supporting railway, signalling, communications, integrated systems, or AFC projects.
· Understanding of rail systems, project delivery, and systems integration environments.
· Previous experience supporting major bids, tenders, or project mobilizations.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
· Excellent communication and coordination skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per month
