Job Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for ERP system users, including troubleshooting common issues and escalating complex problems to senior technical staff.
• Assist in functional and regression testing of ERP modules during system upgrades, patches, or new implementation phases.
• Document test cases, execution results, and user-reported defects using standard QA tools and internal tracking systems.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to clarify requirements, validate configurations, and verify system behavior against specifications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP system functionalities, release notes, and internal support procedures through training and hands-on practice.

Requirements

• Holder of a Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in both Cantonese and English for effective communication with local stakeholders and documentation purposes.
• Familiarity with enterprise software concepts is preferred; prior exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail, logical thinking skills, and ability to follow structured testing and support protocols.
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong under one of the following: Hong Kong Permanent Resident status, Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS), Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS), Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates (IANG), Dependent Entry Visa, or other valid work permits.
