Job Description:

• Handle Remedy tickets approval/assignment flow and send the request/assign the tickets to related team
• Maintain inventory of IT assets, including computers, printer and software licenses.
• Handle IT hardware disposal
• Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and maintenance
• Mobile billing

Job Requirement:

Willingness to work on shift duties

9 hours shift between 8:30 AM to 6:45 PM, Monday to Friday (5 days – 9 hours per day, including one hour meal break) excluded Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
