Creative Team Lead

We are looking for a Creative Team Lead to raise the standards of our team. Good taste and a strong creative eye are the starting point. Can you lead a team, drive its output efficiently, and understand markets, products, and clients well?

You will work across our own group brands and the clients we serve, take ownership in the team's growth, and take real pride in raising the standard of both.

Our CEO is an award-winning entrepreneur, leading a group whose companies have each won multiple awards. The role is demanding: the pace is high, the standards are higher, and you should own the outcome without being chased. In practice, this is three jobs in one.

You are a leader who can motivate, teach, and build a team that performs and stays motivated. You are a student who learns quickly and grows under direct mentorship from the CEO. You are a researcher who digs into a product, its market, and its audience, and is willing to discover things you have never done before.

In return, you will work with discerning, demanding brand champions and clients, be stretched and tested early, and see your growth and rewards follow the contributions you make. The question to ask yourself is: does being qualified constantly energise you, or wear you down? Is your experience an advantage or a liability? Do you relish a leadership role in a fast-growing organisation, with multiple growth paths?

What you will do

1. Lead the team: Lead, manage, and grow the creative team. Motivate and teach them, drive their output efficiently, keep good people and make them better, so the team gets stronger over time, not simply busier.
2. Direction that fits the bigger picture: Own the creative standard, and make sure the direction and quality fit the wider strategy, budget, and product, not only how the work looks on its own. You are the final gate on what the team ships.
3. Research the product and market: Dig into the product, the audience, and the wider market so the work is strategically right. For our own brands, this can extend to shaping the product itself.
4. Own the outcome: Take real ownership of the brands you work on, and be accountable for how well each one comes across and the results it drives.
5. Thinking partner: Bounce ideas with the wider team, bring your own point of view, and help shape direction, not only execute it.

What we are looking for

1. A natural team leader: you develop people, not just manage them.
2. A fast learner who grows well under mentorship.
3. Curious and research-driven: you go deeper than the brief.
4. Good creative taste and judgment.
5. Commercially aware.
6. Accountable and calm under pressure.
7. Resourceful with modern tools, including AI.
8. Around five or more years in a creative or branding role, with some leadership experience.
9. Fluent English; extra language skills are a plus.
10. Contactable during non-office hours when it matters.
11. Any other strengths you bring are a genuine plus.
