Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate or above in Building studies or Building technology and Management or approved equivalent;

• min 5yrs of post-qualification experience in the building construction industry;

• At least 3 yrs of experience to be in fitting-out / maintenance contracts in the capacity of site supervision and management of both building works and building services / electrical and mechanical works
