Responsibilities:

• Preparing regular financial reports in accordance with HKFRS in an accurate and timely manner

• Preparing group consolidation accounts for reporting purpose

• Assisting senior management in all reports and duties related to listing rules compliance

• Liaising with external professional firms to handle secretarial works and audit matters

• Monitoring internal control system (including coordinating cross-department internal control projects) and performing financial analysis for different business units

• Assist in preparing annual budget

• Managing tax filing and tax computations

• Communication with bankers for financing matters

• Managing other ad hoc projects/assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting with professional accounting qualifications of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent

• At least 5 years' post-qualified accounting experience

• Relevant working experience in HK listed companies and CPA firms is an asset

• Familiar with SAP and/or Flex Accounting system preferred

• Proficient in MS office application (especially in Excel) is preferred

• Good consolidation skill and good knowledge of HKFRS

• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua

• Outgoing personality, able to work under pressure, good attention to details and accuracy

• Analytical mind with strong problem solving and administrative skill set

• Responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn

• Occasional travel is required
