Responsibilities:

• Data Governance & Quality Management: Implement and monitor data governance policies, security protocols, and compliance with regulations.
• Business Requirement & Technical Liaison: Act as a conduit between business stakeholders and data engineering teams to ensure business rules are correctly implemented in pipelines and data warehouses.
• Dashboard : Develop & maintain dashboards and optimize performance. Integrate Tableau with various data sources (SQL, Excel, cloud platforms, etc.) and perform analysis.
• Training & Support : Provide training to end-users and maintain documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years with at least 5 years of experience in Tableau development, preferably in the Global Sourcing Industry, with data governance and management roles.
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices in public cloud domain
• Experience with SQL, ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Preferable experience in NotebookLM and other tools and documentation (e.g. JIRA, Confluence and Google workspace).
