Job Requirement and Description: 

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance, member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent

• 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in Big 4 audit firms or sizable commercial companies

• To prepare full set of accounts, including monthly profit statement and cash flow statement

• To prepare financial models and management reports for property portfolio

• To prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast

• To assist in monthly group consolidation

• Analytical mind, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and preferably with knowledge in Oracle system
