We are a premier high-tech German manufacturer of ultrasonic wire bonders and welding equipment, seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team. We are looking for Application Engineers / Junior Application Engineers to support our expanding customer base across Asia.

Your Role – What You’ll Do:

·        Deliver high-quality application, technical, and marketing support to clients throughout Asia.

·        Lead product demonstrations, provide on-site engineering support, and oversee machine installations.

·        Validate engineering designs to ensure they align with customer-specific requirements.

Your Profile – What You Bring:

·        A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.

·        Experience with wire bonders is a strong advantage.

·        Knowledge of semiconductor processes, SPC control, and troubleshooting methodologies is preferred.

·        A proactive mindset with strong analytical skills and a collaborative team spirit.

·        Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.

·        Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and spoken).

·        Willingness to travel overseas and within China as required.

Less experienced candidates will be considered for the Junior Engineer role—we value potential and a strong willingness to learn.
