Job Description
- Conduct chemical analyses, laboratory testing, and validation to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Review plant performance through laboratory trials, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports with clear findings and conclusions.
- Develop, improve, and customize products, processes, equipment, and analytical methods to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Prepare technical papers, reports, standards, and specifications for processes, tests, and products.
- Provide training to production staff on chemical handling, safety practices, and operational best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend corrective actions to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical service role or fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of chemical processes, analytical techniques, and industrial safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ISO, GMP, or other quality management systems is an advantage.
