The Company is a Hong Kong-based trading and operations enterprise engaged in the importation of household electronic products from Mainland China for re-export to international markets. In line with its strategic expansion plan, the Company is actively establishing its own manufacturing facility in the Greater Bay Area (GBA). The appointee will be based in Hong Kong and will play a pivotal role in bridging Hong Kong's trading operations with Mainland manufacturing and supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Management & Cost Control 供應鏈管理及成本管控

• Oversee end-to-end cross-border supply chain operations, covering procurement, inventory planning, logistics, and customs compliance between Mainland China and Hong Kong.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise sourcing costs; monitor supplier pricing, negotiate contracts, and drive cost reduction initiatives targeting measurable savings.
• Establish and maintain dynamic inventory management systems linking Hong Kong warehouse data with Mainland production scheduling to improve inventory turnover and reduce holding costs.
• Manage import/export compliance and customs clearance procedures in accordance with Hong Kong and Mainland regulations.
• Build and maintain supply chain KPI dashboards; prepare regular operational analysis reports for senior management.

2. Procurement Management

• Lead the full supplier lifecycle management process: qualification, on-boarding, performance evaluation, and risk tiering across domestic and international suppliers.
• Conduct supplier audits and compliance assessments including international third-party audit standards (e.g. BSCI, SEDEX); manage corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with the product development and sales teams to align procurement plans with demand forecasts and business growth targets.
• Monitor and manage green supply chain requirements, including carbon footprint assessment, ESG compliance and sustainable sourcing to meet international buyer and regulatory standards.

3. Lean Manufacturing & GBA Factory Setup

• Lead the planning and establishment of the Company's manufacturing facility in the Greater Bay Area, covering site preparation, production line layout, workflow design, and operational launch.
• Implement lean manufacturing methodologies (5S, pull-based production, standardised work, takt time management) to optimise production efficiency, reduce waste, and control production costs from inception.
• Deploy MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and related digital tools to monitor production KPIs including yield rate, cycle time, equipment utilisation, and WIP inventory levels.
• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes, packaging, and warehousing; drive continuous improvement culture across the factory floor.
• Manage workforce planning, shift scheduling, and retention strategies for the GBA factory to maintain stable and flexible production capacity.
• Ensure full compliance with EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) standards and establish emergency response protocols for supply chain disruption scenarios.

4. Cross-Regional Coordination 跨區域協同

• Act as the primary liaison between Hong Kong headquarters and the GBA manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless information flow and operational alignment.
• Coordinate with Hong Kong trading, logistics, and finance teams on shipment scheduling, inventory replenishment, and cost reporting.
• Engage with international clients and overseas buyers in English on quality, compliance, and delivery matters as required.

Experience 工作經驗

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in cross-border supply chain management and/or lean manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Proven track record in managing Mainland China factory operations with Hong Kong trade hub linkage; direct experience supporting cross-border re-export supply chains is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in lean production implementation (5S, pull system, MES deployment) with measurable results in efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
• Hands-on experience in international supplier audits and compliance management (BSCI, SEDEX or equivalent).
• Experience in green supply chain initiatives and carbon footprint assessment is an advantage.
