Requirements

Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Liaise closely with clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle

Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks proactively

Lead and motivate project teams, delegating tasks and responsibilities effectively

Ensure project documentation, quality control, and health and safety standards are maintained

Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management

What we're looking for

Minimum 8 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction or interior design industry

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to adapt your approach to suit each project

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders

Collaborative team player with the ability to motivate and lead project teams

Diploma /Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Interior Design or a related field

Available immediately is highly preferred
