Job Description & Requirements
1. Purpose:
- To provide professional site engineering services, ensuring the project is executed according to technical specifications, safety standards, and the approved schedule.
2. Work Statement (SOW)
- Report directly to the Project Manager.
- Interpret and review construction drawings, blueprints, schematics, and layouts to provide clear guidance to the site team.
- Supervise site surveying and setting-out activities to ensure accurate positioning of equipment and structures in accordance with the approved master layout.
- Perform routine inspections of ongoing works to verify compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Support the planning and sequencing of construction activities, including the e-active allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate closely with subcontractors to ensure smooth handovers between construction phases, including structural, electrical, and plumbing works.
- Participate actively in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments to promote a safe working environment.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions, ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide regular reports on construction progress, risks, and technical challenges, and promptly escalate critical issues to management.
- Assist in preparing as-built drawings, testing and commissioning documentation,
- punch lists, and project close-out records.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
