Responsibilities:

1. Performs machine setup and runs the machine as per product specification and work instruction

2. Performs machine troubleshooting as per work instruction

3. Performs equipment repair and servicing as per work instruction and scheduling

4. Performs machine and equipment maintenance as per PM schedule

5. Monitor and record the machine parameters as per work instruction

6. Performs reel changeover and machine start-up as per product specification and work instruction

7. Performs completed reel inspection as per product specification and work instruction

8. Packing and labelling the product as per product specification and work instruction

9. Performs minor adjustments and repairs on the machine and equipment

10. Discards defective products

11. Performs product traceability rework and repacking when required

12. Informs Shift Leader /QA/QC in the event of nonconformance found during production run

13. Perform ‘5S’

14. Any tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualification

1. SPM / MLVK / Diploma

2. 1 year experience in the manufacturing field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
