Restaurant Manager

Industry – F & B 

Work Location : Port Moresby of Papua New Guinea

Salary: Negotiable and (Tax Free)

Food and Accommodation Provided

5 days work a week, company-provided air ticket to home country, 30 days of paid leave after one year of continuous work, and corresponding benefits for other holidays (Spring Festival and Christmas).

1. Education

Bachelor's degree or above in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines is preferred.

2. Work Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or food & beverage operations.

At least 3 years of management experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.

Experience in chain restaurants, hotels, or international brands is preferred.

3. Professional Competencies

Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and food & beverage management.

Familiar with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.

Proficient in restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong budgeting, cost control, and operational analysis skills.

Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and daily operations effectively.

4. Core Competencies

Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
