Vac-Tech Engineering Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Blue Planet Environmental Solutions, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to join our team. If you are keen to learn, enjoy working with people and want hands-on exposure across different HR functions, this role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in Human Resources. Training and mentorship will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements and arranging interviews.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with leave administration, attendance tracking and HR reporting.
• Coordinate training registrations and maintain training records.
• Support work pass administration and related documentation.
• Assist in organising company events and employee activities.
• Provide general office administration support.
• Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Candidates with no prior HR experience who are keen to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in Singapore. Please note that work pass sponsorship is not available for this position.
