Job Title : Content Creator (Part-time talent is welcome to apply)

• We are looking for a Content Creator / Content Producer who is creative, trend-aware, and not afraid to try new ideas.
• This role is suitable for someone who understands social media, enjoys storytelling, and knows how to turn a simple idea into content that people actually want to watch.
• You will work closely with the marketing team to plan and produce short-form video content for our property projects, campaigns, launches, and always-on social media platforms.
• The role can be remote, but we prefer someone who is based in Penang or able to attend a weekly content discussion in Penang. 

What Will You Do?

• You will be involved in the planning and production of short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Your main responsibility is to produce one video per week, based on the project direction and content requirements shared by the team.
• You will help develop content ideas, hooks, storytelling angles, and simple scripts that match the brand direction while keeping the content engaging and easy to watch.
• You may also be involved in shooting, editing, behind-the-scenes content, site visits, campaign content, project updates, and on-camera appearances when needed.
• Most importantly, we are not just looking for someone who can “post content.” We are looking for someone who understands internet culture, keeps up with trends, and knows how to create content that feels natural, relevant, and attention-grabbing. 

Who Are We Looking For? 

• Someone who is creative, responsible and proactive.
• Someone who enjoys social media and understands what makes people stop scrolling.
• Someone who can work independently but is also open to feedback and team discussion.
• Someone who is comfortable with short-form video content, storytelling, and simple editing.
• Experience in property, lifestyle, travel, or community content would be a bonus, but not a must.
• A good eye for visuals, pacing, captions and trends is definitely a plus. 

• Able to produce one video per week based on project requirements.
• Able to join a weekly content discussion in Penang.
• Remote working is allowed, but Penang-based talent is preferred. 
• Basic knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, CapCut, or other editing tools.
• Comfortable with flexible content direction, site visits and project-based shooting when required.
