- Prepare, generate and issue tax invoice (high volume)
- Record receipts into bank via accounting system and perform partial bank reconciliation
- Reconciliation daily sales and liaise with clinic staffs
- Main contact for external customer invoices related matters
- Assist in month-end closing
- Ad-hoc duties as required from time to time
- Immediate available will be an advantage
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Meticulous and able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
