Job Description

• Design of mechanical engineering works e.g. ACMV, Fire protection systems, plumbing and sanitary for assigned projects
• Conducting technical feasibility study, life cycle study and planning for building engineering.
• Preparation of study reports, design reports, technical notes and public consultation papers.
• Preparation of tender documents and technical specifications.
• Evaluation of tenders and preparation of tender assessment reports.
• Provide support in project management and contract administration for building engineering contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on design experience in building and/or infrastructure projects
• Open to fresh graduates as well keen on doing design in building systems
• Good project management and technical skills
• Team player and able to work independent with minimal supervision
