All Clenz Maintenance Pte Ltd is a growing cleaning and facilities management company dedicated to delivering reliable, high-quality services to our clients. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & HR Executive to support our daily operations and administrative functions.

What You'll Be Doing
Human Resource Support:
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Prepare employment-related documents and maintain personnel records
Assist with payroll preparation, leave administration, and HR documentation
Keep employee records and HR databases accurate and up to date
Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business
Manage filing systems, data entry, and document control
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and internal logistics
Handle general office administration and correspondence
Operations Support
Assist the operations team with daily paperwork and reporting
Ensure documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time
Support ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Human Resource, or a related discipline
At least 1–2 years of experience.
Experience in the cleaning, facilities management industry is an advantage
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
