Job Summary

Provide architectural design and project management expertise while leading and supervising technical teams to deliver compliant, high-quality project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver architectural design solutions and manage projects to meet client and regulatory requirements
• Lead and supervise technical teams in preparing project-related presentations and technical submissions
• Apply expertise in contract administration to ensure project compliance and smooth execution
• Interpret and apply local authority requirements and building codes to maintain regulatory compliance
• Develop detailed architectural designs with strong attention to construction practices and detailing
• Plan and organize project workflows to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Utilize AutoCAD and other software tools to produce accurate architectural drawings and documentation
• Independently manage large-scale projects while mentoring and guiding junior architects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Architecture from a recognized university
• 5 to 7 years of architectural practice experience
• Registration with the Board of Architects is advantageous
