Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress and schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Prepare detailed quotations and costing for management approval to support financial planning
• Coordinate cross-departmental activities to maintain smooth workflow and meet project deadlines
• Attend site meetings to identify and resolve site-related problems promptly
• Conduct site inspections to verify project compliance and progress against schedules
• Evaluate and resolve discrepancies and issues arising during project execution to maintain quality standards
• Lead and manage procurement of all necessary permits from regulatory authorities to ensure compliance
• Brief and follow up with designers to finalize artwork (FA) for project deliverables
• Prepare briefing documents and liaise with the in-house production team to communicate specific project requirements
• Brief installers on execution specifications to ensure accurate implementation
• Attend project meetings at client offices and project sites to align on progress and address concerns
• Prepare quotations, costing sheets, and reports for the Project Director to facilitate invoicing processes
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project success
