Responsibilities

• To work closely with Flexcube Product on grooming requirements.
• Own end to end delivery of Programs by working closely with multiple stakeholders till implementation.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, SLAs and KPIs while working with stakeholders
• Maintain program incremental planning, Sprint back logs and enable Sprint Demos, Sprint Retrospection.
• Lead multi location delivery teams, driving performance, capability building and engagement.
• Ensure robust governance, escalation management, risk mitigation, and compliance during entire cycle of development, testing and Implementation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing senior stakeholders across business and IT functions.
• Lead Governance reviews, Quarterly reviews with Customer's senior management.

Skills Requirement

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
• 10-15 years of experience in managing IT Projects in Core Banking
• Good experience in Flexcube Core banking product and its interfaces.
• Efficient in usage of tools like JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow
• Communicate effectively with global customers, vendors, and internal teams across APAC, EMEA, and Americas
• Good understanding of SLAs & KPIs and experience in implementing various measures to meet the set targets.
