Job Summary
Lead and coordinate Total Chemical Facility Management (TGCM) operations, ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction through effective maintenance planning, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and troubleshoot equipment failures with the Engineering team to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Coordinate daily TGCM and facility operation meetings and engineering debriefs to align team activities and priorities.
- Plan, schedule, and perform predictive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and meet client KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and updated maintenance records to support operational transparency and audit readiness.
- Enforce high standards of safety and housekeeping, assisting in safety audits to ensure compliance with company and customer regulations.
- Generate detailed reports and presentations on TGCM activities to inform management and stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and support in managing on-site specialty chemicals and gas distribution to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Total Chemical Management operations to standardize processes.
- Ensure TGCM operations adhere to agreed schedules and customer requests, maintaining service quality and responsiveness.
- Communicate directly with customers to address operational issues and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all company rules, quality standards, safety guidelines, and customer regulations as per KPIs.
- Prepare regular management reports to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Supervise labor and subcontractors effectively to ensure work quality and adherence to schedules.
- Participate in incident reporting, troubleshooting, training planning and preparation, SPC monitoring, spare part management, and other TCM activities.
- Serve as Management Representative for Quality and Environmental Management Systems, ensuring site compliance and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to site improvement plans to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
- Maintain 24-hour standby availability for emergency activation or shutdown to respond promptly to critical incidents.
- Participate in site safety and operational reviews including Near Miss reporting, Operation Readiness Inspection, Operation Hazard Review, Risk Assessment, Emergency Preparedness Planning, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Key Account or Site Manager to support overall site operations.
