岗位职责

Install and commission new equipment and production lines
Perform machine setup, installation, and integration
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers on tooling, fixtures, and equipment procurement and installation
Conduct equipment qualification, validation, and prepare detailed technical reports
Prepare technical documentation such as PCA, Qualification Plans, and EER
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment issues
Respond promptly to downtime to minimize production disruptions
Perform electronic troubleshooting, including PLC programming and hardware interfacing
Develop and document preventive maintenance procedures
Optimize equipment parameters to improve performance and yield
Design, test, and implement equipment modifications and improvements
Support process optimization to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
Provide recommendations for long-term equipment improvements
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, validation, and technical changes
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Apply strong hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendor
