Who We Are

We are a leading eLearning content development and service provider offering end-to-end services for a wide array of clients including government agencies, institutions of higher learning and corporate clients.

The Role
We are looking for dynamic and passionate eLearning Curriculum Designers to create engaging and compelling education and training digital content.

The Job

• Transform existing face-to-face teaching and training content for eLearning delivery
• Design and develop eLearning materials and content that meets desired learning outcomes
• Analyse and assess learning needs and instructional materials
• Design appropriate eLearning activities and assessments
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop course content
• Work together with the digital media team to create supporting media (e.g audio/video/animation, simulations)

The Requirements

• Degree in education, instructional design or related field
• Sound knowledge in instructional design or curriculum development
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
• Problem-solving skills, deadline-focused, and goal-driven
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
• Collaborative team player in a cross-functional environment
