About the Roles

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join an IT consultancy based in Ubi. This is a full-time permanent position operating on a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9AM–6PM), offering a competitive salary of up to $3,000 plus Variable Bonus. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a stable career while gaining hands-on exposure to a wide range of technical support environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver technical assistance to users across hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
• Diagnose and resolve IT problems remotely or on-site in a timely and efficient manner
• Carry out routine system upkeep, including software updates, patches, and regular system health checks
• Support the installation, setup, deployment, and configuration of new hardware and software
• Provide end-user assistance with IT systems, applications, and basic technical troubleshooting guidance
• Log, track, and document technical incidents, resolutions, support procedures, and service activities
• Maintain and update records related to IT assets, software licenses, and system configurations
• Collaborate with senior IT personnel to address and resolve more complex technical challenges
• Develop and update user guides, documentation, and standard IT support procedures when required
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall IT operations

What We’re Looking For

• Possess an ITE qualification or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Have a basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems such as Windows, macOS, or Linux
• Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing systems will be an added advantage
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with effective task management skills
• Possession of CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar IT certifications will be an advantage
• Open to candidates without prior experience as training will be provided
