Job Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in an EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) environment.
• Basic knowledge of electronic products, PCBAs, and testing processes.
• Experience in using test equipment such as ICT, FCT, or other production testing machines.
• Able to read work instructions and basic electrical drawings.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with ESD and quality standards.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform testing and troubleshooting of electronic products.
• Operate and maintain production test equipment.
• Identify and repair test failures or product issues.
• Support daily production to ensure smooth testing operations.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on test equipment.
• Record test results and maintain proper documentation.
• Follow SOPs, quality standards, and ESD requirements.
• Work with Engineers and Production teams to solve technical issues.
• Support continuous improvement activities to improve quality and productivity.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
