Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all assembly OE equipment operates without technical breakdowns.
• Support and manage equipment spare parts and maintain spare parts inventory control for OE Assembly.
• Prepare and publish analysis reports and improvement plans for equipment downtime.
• Plan and execute scheduled and periodic maintenance for OE equipment.
• Lead and guide setters on line setup and process understanding.
• Evaluate processes and resolve daily production/process issues.
• Ensure all operations are carried out according to SOP and work instructions (OI).
• Establish process flow and work instructions (OI) for new and existing products.
• Develop new process parameters for new part numbers.
• Perform routing updates in Power Link for all OE Assembly and SSL parts.

Job Requirements / Additional Duties:

• Ensure compliance with safety rules at the workplace at all times.
• Maintain 5S and proper housekeeping practices.
• Handle OE and SSL customer complaints and respond accordingly.
• Assist in ISO and customer audits.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to Head of Department on time.
• Ensure departmental KPI targets are achieved.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
